Jarred Mait is a full-time research assistant at the UM-JMH Center for Patient Safety (CPS). He works directly with the entire CPS team to design new projects and initiatives as well as research grant opportunities and on-going national patient safety projects. He received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance at Washington University in St. Louis as well as an M.S. in Accounting at Washington University. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Virginia and brings a wealth of accounting and business consulting experience to the Center for Patient Safety. While at Washington University, he served as Chairman and CEO for one of the largest student-run businesses in the country. He expanded upon his business knowledge after college through his employment at Deloitte & Touche and Alvarez & Marsal, two global consulting firms. Concurrent with his employment at the Center for Patient Safety, Jarred Mait is applying to medical schools throughout the United States. |
