Meet our team

Jill S. Sanko, M.S.N., A.R.N.P.-B.C.


Jill is one of the research and simulation education specialists. She is a PhD student and works part time at CPS. She is involved in teaching teamwork and communication skills, invasive bedside procedures and other medical education using simulation. She is also part of a core group educators at CPS who conduct a one day simulation training course (MOCA) for practicing anesthesiologists. She is a co-investigator on several research projects and a member of the JMH CPR committee. She volunteers as an ACLS and PALS instructor, and clinically in the Neuro-Critical Care Unit at JMH.

Jill is active in the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH), as the vice-chair of the membership committee, and as a member of the communications and web committees. She is also involved in the planning of the 2012 International Meeting of Simulation in Healthcare as a co- chair of the immersive track and section chair of the military and government track. She is also an accreditation site reviewer for SSH’s accreditation division.
